Summer’s radiant energy calls us to embrace expansion, vitality, connection, and joy. This retreat offers a heartfelt invitation to explore the transformative practices of yoga, movement, meditation, breath, and the traditional five-elements of Qi Gong and Yoga.

Throughout the retreat, we will delve into the physical dimensions of yoga and Qi Gong, as well as the emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers in this season of abundance to create space for your body's wisdom to unravel through exploration, embodiment and energetics.
The Intention.
The Space
Our retreat home, located in the stunning Kefalonia, Greece, by the beautiful bay of the Ionian Sea, is a sanctuary crafted for both creative exploration and deep relaxation.
Here, you have the space to reconnect with nature, surrounded by the tranquility of olive groves and the awe-inspiring vistas of Mount Aenos and the shimmering sea. Simply being present in this serene environment is a meditative experience.
This marks our third year returning to Greece, which aligns so perfectly with the powerful energy of the summer and the elements.

I’m Varsana, and I’m delighted to welcome you here. As the founder of Hartspaces and a facilitator in yoga, movement, and holistic well-being, my passion lies in creating transformative experiences that reconnect you with your own inner wisdom, the rhythms of nature, and a supportive community.
I embrace a holistic, heart-centered approach that honours every aspect of who you are. You’re invited to show up just as you are, free from judgment or expectation. In these nurturing spaces, our intention is clear: to ensure you feel seen, supported, and safe to explore and embody your authentic self.
Our retreat schedule is always thoughtfully curated to enhance your journey, and I can’t wait to provide an environment where you can truly pour love into yourself.

Emma is a qigong, mindfulness, and yoga teacher who believes that embodied practices are the antidote to the stresses of modern life. Passionate about sharing these tools, she guides others toward navigating the world with greater calm and ease. Growing up practicing qigong with her mother, Emma developed a deep connection to its meditative movements. Her classes blend Chinese philosophy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, helping students connect with their inner wisdom of mind and body.

Accomdation
There are three accommodation options: beautiful villa rooms, wholesome Beach Apartments, and a Studio Apartment, all located near each other.
