The Intention.
As Spring stirs with fresh energy, it invites us to shed the heaviness of winter and embrace a season of renewal and growth. This retreat is your invitation to step into that transformation. Our intention is to create a sacred space where you can truly receive, rest, and realign with the rhythms of nature.

The Space.
La Cura, meaning "The Cure" in Spanish, is a sanctuary that beautifully blends history with modern design. Set amidst 40 acres of walnut trees and lush nature, this lovingly restored wellness retreat offers understated luxury and a sense of calm at every turn. Only 20 minutes from Girona and 90 minutes from Barcelona, La Cura is conveniently located, yet feels worlds away from the distractions of city life.

I embrace a holistic, heart-centered approach that honours every aspect of who you are. You’re invited to show up just as you are, free from judgment or expectation.
